Hey guys I went to system requirements lab and they said everything passed but my CPU speed, which is 2.53 GHz while i need 2.8ghz, is this game breaking? Can i run it on lowest settings atleast? Thanks! I have 2 computers but i dont like to play on my desktop cause its in the liveing room people need to use it etc. So can this laptop run it? Only reason i post such a dumb question is cause i looked it up before posting and got so many different answers. I have heard that you can run it with around 2.3 GHz if u got a decent card cause the game is so well written and optimized and i have heard that unless its duel core i cant run it. So if u read this please just post what u think, i dident get to play beta so i dont wanna go and pay 50 60 bucks on it then not be able to run it. I also dont mind being on lowest just a enough frames to play it.

Well, the CPU is often not the biggest problem with games.
If you have a good GFX card and ok with ram you will be able to run the game at better than lowest settings, because the most important thing in your computer is the GFX card. It is what do the most job today.
Another thing you could also do is plugging your regular monitor, keyboard and mouse to your laptop. All modern laptops have ports for that, and it is the only way to play on a laptop, the small screen, hopeless keyboard and touchpad really makes gaming a hell.
So please post your memory and GFX card, then we can tell you if you can run it. Oh, yes. And is your desktop a single, dual or quad core? It matters a lot too. My quad is jus 2.66mhz but it is still good for any game.
My CPU is a single core, 2.53 then im not sure of my Graphic card but i got 2 gig ram and on system req labs my graphics card was all 5 bars and was well over what i need to run it.

go to that site using the laptop in question.

if it says its good then it should run to some degree.
Ok, you will still need to find out what your GFX card is.
Click on the windows button in your left down corner. Press Run. Write "dxdiag". There will be a whole bunch of info about the GFX card there. Save it and copy in the information about the diplay here, like this:

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295
Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Chip type: GeForce GTX 295
DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC

From mine.
Your memory is enough but it is all up to the gfx card now.
Or you could just try this site that also will answer your question: www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest Edit: the guy on the top beat me with this one, I had to fix a thing in the middle of the post
Just name sure to have a good graphics card and about 4GB of RAM, the CPU isn't so important unless you're running something like 1.6GHZ.
