Process Hog

I was just wondering if this was still a process hog?  I heard that it's not the video card that causes all the lag. Is this still true?

I have a 2.1 dual core system with a 512 card. However is it my FSB in this games case that will cause my fps to be in the 20's. I remember warmhammer was the same way? 

 

If anyone can post me the spec, and how they find the game, please do so before I drop my 50 bucks. :-)
