retail version activation issue

HI guys, i bought the collector edition couple hours ago. i opened up, everything is fine. action figure looks cool. however, i was trying to active the game so i can get in the pre-select program. it showed "serial not activated". i am sure the number is correct. just wanna know if anyone else who bought retail version experience the same thing. thx

    dont enter it now. enter it during headstart or when headstart ends. it just means the serial is not ready for activation yet.,

    i have the same problem too. dont worry
