Alright well ive got the game and have me a 20 Hobbit Burglar that i leveled when i first got it like a half year ago, i loved it but i didnt at the time have a credit card to pay for a subscription for it so i ended up not renewing when i had the option to, but now i have a card that i can pay for the sub on and am torn between it and wow, i have a 80 in wow and i just really dont know about the logevity of the game, and if i should keep with wow or continue with lotro, any and all advice is that is helpful is welcomed, thanks.

If all you have is a 20th level, you have barely begun to experience LotRO. 1-20 is an eyeblink in the timeframe of the game and not really representative of anything later. You haven't even begun to see most of the class defining abilities yet, let alone experience anything of the world.
At 80th in WoW as I understand it (since I stopped playing way back when the level cap was much lower), you are basically into the endgame.
So, which do you want to be doing? Endgame raiding/gearing/deeds etc...or exploring and levelling? Seems a clear and pretty simple decision....
