Aion Pre-order items

 When i log into my ncsoft master account and click on my game account there is no action to get in game items. Is this a problem with my account or are the in game items not availible yet?

I'm guessing they aren't available yet, as I have the same issue. I have heard people in game say that you can't claim them until Tuesday, but I haven't heard that officially. Kind of shady if you can't get them for several days, as the pre-order mentioned nothing about having to wait to get the items.

The in-game quest to get them seems to indicate they only apply to one character! Is this true?

no, i think you can apply it to each toon.

That would be great, but I'd love to make sure - can anybody confirm this from something less ambiguous than the note that is on the in-game quest and on the Aion forum?

That's the same one as in-game.

I have said this ingame so many times today my fingers are bleeding. You can't get the items till Tuesday.  They can be applied to ALL your characters. They have enough problems at the moment to deal with it. Like keeping the servers online.  Don't worry you will get your items and get them on all your toons. Thanks and good luck. Oh BTW, the info is posted on their website and has been for at least a week.
