AION from stream help

ALright i just grabed the CE aion from stream but got no CE items code email and not sure if ill be charged on my card i have 2$ in.   I used a diffrent card to buy the game then the card to make a account for aion on.    Anyone able to tell me if ill be charged even tho I just got the CE aion over stream never grabed a MMO on stream.   And how do i get my CE items i got now email with a code from stream.
