You can get a digital download copy even cheaper here: www.g2play.net/store/Champions-Online-Digital-Download.html. It emails you a key which you can use to download the game from the official site.

I got my copy from there and they sent me the key about two hours after paying. No need to wait for postal office or anything.

Ofcourse you wont get a box, if that is important for you.

This is not a better deal, your link is only for the game card, not the game.

I'm not sure I understand what your saying. Even if I can download the game (which is no use if you don't buy a copy with the game key). So what I understand from your statement is, if I can get my hand on the game (physicaly or digital), I can only buy the timecard and I can play. You still need to enter the game key if you want to use the timecard, you still need to buy the game if you want to play. I was in the beta and I kept the same client when it went live and I bought the game for the cd key. Even if I had the client installed, I could not just buy a timecard and play.

This is correct. You need an activation key before you can actually play the game. Activation keys and time keys are always two separate things.
