Server Ques Still... because of player shops!

I played beta, I bought a copy a month before head start, and I haven't played 1 minute in game because I have a real job and can only play at night, which means when I try to log onto the server my friends are playing on, I have a minimum of a 3 hour que which means that by the time I "could" get in game, I need to go to bed so I can perform in my RL job... my friends have explained to me that the ques are a result of the player shops... basically people log on, and put a crappy item in the shop for a huge amount of gold that no one will buy, and then go afk for hours so they don't have to wait in the que... essentially we que, but literally hundreds are people are afk in this way for hours not playing... what the hell kind of game management is that?
