Why not take these very simple steps to stop gold spammers in Aion?

I probably am missing something, but would not adding the very simple feature of being able to ignore player L1-5 completely end the Kenah spams? Even a simple right click / report to quickly notify NCsoft so they can do a quick ban would be better then nothing.
Maybe its just xtra bad on my server, but I am talking about once per minute at least. Ignore does not work as the bots just keep changing their character names.

Press v ----> Friend tab -----> change Online to Invisible and no more gold spammer will whisper you.
