guys with nvidia graphic card be happy ,they released THE sli support you ve been yelling for
its on the link a lot of game get improved or get sli support ,one of the best update

check on your respective nvidia site,they got a global website to direct you to the good one if your not sure
You can use nhancer or other similar program to set up game settings even if it doesn't have a profile.
