Best Zone to lvl at 39?

in Lord of the Rings Online

Hi, I have a toon at level 39, and wondering where the best place to level is, i've done evendim and a fair bit of trollshaws... Is the best place to go at that level Angmar? what sort of level quests are they there? I've looked up in misty mountains but the bulk of the quests seem to start at around 41 or so...

    Yea early Angmar is a good place for that level. MM is around 41 and then Forochel 44.

    If WoW = The Beatles
    and WAR = Led Zeppelin
    Then LotrO = Pink Floyd

    Angmar and Misty Mountains.  You'll have to switch back and forth between the two.  Angmar is where you'll get your pages for legendary traits so it's a good place to start.

    They drop in both the MM and angmaur. Depends on what your class is, and what book pages you are doing.

    Hello.  I'm wondering if there might not still be things in Evendim and the Trollshaws that you accidentally passed by.  Sometimes it can be that one quest opens up many others for you, or you miss a quest hub that will land you a good amount of xp.

    You can certainly do some of the quests in Angmar and Misty Mountains at your level, but I think I was at least to 42 or 43 just by doing the other areas before going there.

    One thing you can do is look at the quest listings in the Lorebook.  For example, here is a list of all the level 35-40 quests the Lorebook contains, sorted by area (well, by category, but for the most part it will show what area the quest is in):
