If someone had came up to me in 1980 when I was on my Atari 2600 and said we will be playing games with thousands of people at the same time.I guess my response would have been,"but I only have 2 joysticks"

Same exact setup as me.  It says on the FE official site that the minimum ram on a system running Vista is 3 gig and that an AMD X2 2.4ghz processor is required.  Although I have been wondering as well if there was a possibility that my system could run it.  My video card is a GTX 260.  By the way OP, do you have your processor OC'd as you have it listed at 2.3ghz and from factory it's only 2.2?

Running vista, i would add another gig of ram and upgrade your video card

if you want to run without a hitch

    The following statement is false
    The previous statement is true

Your vid card meets the minimums, so you and I are in the same boat.  Just gotta see if anyone else runs the game in Vista on 2 gig of ram i guess.  Anyone out there that does?

Your setting will be able to run it at a stable low to medium setting's,I would say low in towns to avoid any problems,

Your card is not a very good gaming card and with this game's engine will struggle,if you dont mind switching all the graphic effects off you will be ok,if you need all the bells and buttons you will struggle.

Your card will be the problem.

I would say(my opinion)with your card you should be able to run the game at the lower end and maybe in time up some of the option's,though for now I would expect(If I was you)to only run it at the basic option's and wait for them to improve it...anything else is a bonus.

I was running it with Win7 and 2 gigs without too much trouble.  My cpu fan just kicked the bucket the other day, so I upgraded to 4 gigs.

Lol, not sure what your ram has to do with your CPU fan crapping out, but awesome that you upgraded to 4 gigs......I hope you got a new CPU fan as well.

Doh!  What I meant to say is that when replacing my cpu fan, I decided to upgrade my ram at the same time.  Hey, I'm old and senile.

What about me ? I have a 3800+ AMD single core w/ 4 gigs ram on XP w/9500GT card? I can run Crysis, Vanguard or AoC at or near max settings. Of course I keep my rig virus freee and free of spyware and such.
