Looking for a Largish 0.0 corp...

Hello all,

some of you may have read my other thread about changing skills not via the client, Well, good news! my orders have been canceled and im comming back to the states a few months early. with that said...

Some people may hate me for this, but for the past 3 years, ive had a love/hate relationship with eve. i am a miner... i fly a hulk with all the fittings and even have an extra account to haul the ore back to the station... i know most of you are going to call me a retard but ive mostly spent my life in .5+ sec space and have eeked out a living as such... but i think its time to branch out a bit. high sec no longer can hold me therefor im looking for a largeish 0.0 corp with 250+ members. i know this may not be the best place for this type of topic but i couldnt bring myself to putting this on the eveonline.com forums, i fear the trolling would be just too massive...

even gereralized points in the right direction would help. i can fly a covert ops frig with all the fixings also ( i used it mostly for scouting out hidden asteroid belts.... i know the miner in me is rediculous... )

i would also like to point out that i have ZERO PVP skills... nothing nothing at all, though i would like to learn to be an effective member of the covert ops community.

I would take you to our corp but we are all russians as well as our allience. We have a huge chunk of space belonging to us and American players just cant push us back for over 2 years now. If you are Russian by some very weird conicidense let me know .

You may want to wait until Dominion hits in December. Because of the mechanics changes there will be an increase in demand for well skilled carebears in 0.0 and the recruitment forum on the Eve site is the place for this.

If you don't want to wait then you need to post on the Eve site in alliance recruitment. When you interview with prespective corps make sure they are in your TZ so you don't end up in trying to carebear in system with only two other alliance members near by and a Burn Eden cyno alt sitting in system. Additionally you will have much better chance if you develop some PvP skills or buy a PvP alt simply because in 0.0 EVERYONE is expected to come running for home defence. It dosn't take that much to get into interceptors and T1 crusiers properly fitted and flown can be lethal. Do your self a favor- select a race/ship you want to fly in PvP and train and fly it exclusivly until you can fully T2 fit it and that includes weapons. THEN step up to the T2 version.

To live in 0.0 you should really consider some PvP skills.
