in APB: Reloaded

I clicked "Log In" on the main APB page and found nowhere that I could actually register an account.  Do any official APB forums exist currently?:

    There are no official forums

    www.apb-evolved.com is the closest thing. Some of the devs post on there.

    That login box is for beta :)
