I am looking to buy an MMO mouse, there are two on the market that i know of, they are the SteelSeries WoW mouse and the Razer Naga.
I have not owned a SteelSeries mouse before but the on-line review as well as consumer reviews seem to say that it is good. It has inbulit access to WoW and can of course be used in other MMOs.
I have a Razer mouse already, so i can testify for the quality of their mice, and the Naga looks quite good, with all the extra buttons where you need them the most, ie your right thumb.
Anyone know about other MMO mice or have an opinion on the above?
EDIT1: just found a lot of negative comments about the SS WoW mouse, and for the price of the mouse i sure don't want any problems. So looks like the Naga, although it will only release at the end of the month.

I've played quite many different mmo's and still haven't come up with one where keyboard buttons wouldn't be sufficient. Imo it is much better to buy a high quality accurate mouse which has no negative acceleration.
I only ever use the keyboard for typing in chat. For movement i have always used a gameboard, currently using the Logitehc G13.
This is because I am not used to placing my fingers on the keyboard, with so many keys it is easy to miss hit one, without having to look at the keyobard. With a gameboard the keys are fewer and much bigger so it is easier to get used to.
If u are used to the keyboard then i can see that there is no need for any other device.
Using one of the MMO mice (mentioned in my OP) in conjunction with a gameboard is, for me, the ideal solution.
I've never had any problems with missing keys. Some mmos require over 20 different keys for basic gameplay and I can't imagine it would be even possible to play them without normal keyboard.
I just recently purchased the Razer Naga For Aion. Here is my take.
The mouse is decent quality. I also have a logitech "gaming" mouse which feels a bit more comfortable in my hand but I have adapated to the razer's shape without too much difficulty.
I actually felt I needed the extra buttons which is the main purpose that I purchased the razer. I'm not great at getting around a keyboard and the game boards available didn't feel right with my hand. The main concern is tendonitis or carpal tunnel. Because of that i wanted to mitigate any issues and not have to do anything that didn't feel right for my hands.
The buttons on the Razer Naga are decent, and dont' require too much effort to press. Small rubber stickers or "trainers" are included to help you get used to the mouse. Currently I keep two of these on the mouse because I find that they help center my thumb. However, the adhesive, after an evening's worth of play, tends to get a bit soft and they slide a bit. Clearly they are meant to be temporary. My concern is that, without them, in the heat of things my thumb will get completely lost. However if a violinist or cellist can find their way around the fret board without any tactel guidance then perhaps one can use the mouse without the trainers.
There are two buttons by the index finger are helpful but awkward to use. I essentially slotted them for folding and unfolding the wings used in Aion as that is something that is helpful to have a key assigned but not something that requires a lot of immediate repitition. I think for anything else they are too cumbersome.
All in all it's a good product and though a bit expensive has made my game experience decent.
One thing to add, with a game like wow or warhammer, from what I've read, the mouse buttons add an extra 12 buttons (keep in mind I haven't tested this) so that you can use the keyboard and mouse with completely different functions. But without the game packs the mouse buttons just access the standard 12 "number" keys on the keyboard.
