EQ2, LOTRO, or AoC?

As of right now I'm in an MMO drought.  I'm thinking of going to one of the games mentioned in the title but I can't really

decide.  EQ2 I've got a few leve 50s and I've been playing it on and off since its release, I enjoyed it.  AoC I've got a level 51

Conqueror.  And LOTRO I've never played, but I'm DLing the trial right now.  Which would be the best to go to atm?  I really liked AoC in terms of music and gameplay experience, but PvP was hell and finding groups was kinda hard.  EQ2... it was a fun game, but the fighting has always seemed kinda lackluster to me, I like seeing damage on my foes (i.e. AoC's decapitations and limb dismemberment).  And I've never played LOTRO, is it better than either of the aforementioned games?

I can't really comment on EQ2 as I only tried it for a few hours and it never grabbed me.

LotRO has a very nice community, a shitload of quests, the best story line, nice scenery, large open world, and often get xpacs. However, end game is a little lacking, grouping before 50 can be a pain, combat is a little slow, and character details are a little lacking.

AoC's communty has improved considerably this year, graphics are maybe the best, combat is fun and addicting, and raiding can be fun and challenging. However, the crafting sucks, pre-50 it may be difficult to find groups, you may still have to grind some levels, and you may be bothered by zoning and instancing.

If you haven't tried LotRO you should maybe do that first and see if it grabs you. It helps being a Tolkien fan :)

Just my 2c, take it FWIW.

I completely agree about LotRO. Definitely pick that one.
