Classic (Old Man McKenzie) Mission question

I just need clarification...do these require the Seeds of Destruction expansion?  I was under the impression that they did but I talked to someone tonight who had stuff from those missions and claims that he does not have SoD.

If I can do them I want to jump on that...hopefully I can get piggied in at 77

I don't know, but I don't see why you would need SoD expansion.  It's not related to SoD at all, and does not require the average group to be higher than 80.

Can I do it on my lvl 62?

Ok I have confirmed that:

A.  SoD expansion is NOT required.  I did one yesterday.

B.  You do have to have a group with an average level of 80.  I don't know if there is a hard minimum level for it.  Theoretically you could do it at 62 if the rest of the group brought the average up to 80

Yes if you got a group of 85's willing to take you.  The average level of the group just has to be lvl 80.  Plus you have to do 1 hotzone quest in order to get flagged to enter a monster mission.

Thanks for the feed back. Hopefully I will be able to do it this weekend. and I did do the Hotzone quest. (256plat, loads of exp and great armour for killing 5 treants!)

Yeah hot zones tasks are good.  Just wait until you do the classic missions though.  Each one gives just under 1800pp and the xp is sick.  For 2 missions i got 51% of a level (I was lvl 78 at the time) with lesson popped.  I could take 8 AAs per mission instead but lesson doesn't affect AA xp via rewards.
