I stopped playing since "The Sunwell". After watching the 3rd expansion video its getting me tempted to play again. The only characters I have is a lvl 70 Boomkin and a lvl 70 Resto shammy.

Try it out if it's that tempting, but also consider the reasons you quit and see if that could be considered a future problem again.

The answer to your question OP is "what do you enjoy doing in WoW"?

Myself, I have alot of fun questing. The Wrath "phasing" engine gives you a change in that you feel like you are moving the story forward. There is also alot of funny quests in WoW.

As far as pvp goes, the kings have returned (aka warriors / rogues). A shaman provides the burst on a 5v5 team while often being the target of choice. Shamans do well in pvp as resto or ele for the burst. Enhance is still very weak for pvp (nothing new here).

As far as raids go, T9 ranks among the easiest raids in awhile. Blizz is also allowing new players an easy catch up mode.  So if you want to fight the lich King, you can still jump in. Note, that raiding still takes up alot of time.

If you do come back, you might have a little fun in AV before plowing into new content, because you get decent exp there now and you'd own your bracket if your chars are in Sunwell gear.  (Unless something has changed in the last 3 weeks - I haven't been on lately.)

Well I decided to come back just bought  Lich King today reinstalling everything for the time being. I'll check back on how everything is once its complete.
