Vanguard newb looking for a guild

I am new to this game. I am an mmo vet, I've been playing these things since AC1(harvest gain) and eq1(sullon zek/tallon zek), along the way I've made significant stops in DAOC(mordred) WOW(lighting hoof) city of villains, LOTRO and a few others.

While I am a newb, I tend to become very good at these games in the long run. What i am lookng for is a guild that will put up with my initial questions, sardonic sense of humor, and that actually groups and does things together that has a decent est prime time presence. I am on seradon atm. I am still on the trial isle, i am playing up 4-5 classes there atm so I can decide which is the best fit for me, right now I am leaning towards shaman or dreadknight with Bard having an outside shot of taking the title. I am not super hardcore in terms of time invested, I have a job, friends, and like women, but I still tend to play 15-20 hours a week, sometimes more sometimes less.

Anyways, if you're an established guild with at least a mid sized roster that actually plays and want to take a chance on a newb who is for sure going to pan out, message me and I'll look ya'll up in game when I settle on who I am going to be in vanguard.
