WAR vs AOC

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I wanted to go back and check out either WAR or AOC, but I'm not sure which. I originally picked WAR, but I heard it's dieing and almost no one plays, and haven't really heard anything at all about AOC.

 

Also, does anyone know if Funcoms communication isn't in the gutter anymore, and if the quality of the game has actually improved?(Compared to the game being barren past 20 when I bought it)

    I would go back to AOC personally but only after they release the expansion, WAR is still the same old in my opinion and yes population is low and the people that are playing are at cap mostly so pretty much expect no pvp until tier 3+.
