Display Driver question

 Alright... so I have a Geforce 7300 LE. Its pretty bad. When I games like WoW i get these like 1inch x 1 cm bars that go across my screen like I I I I I I I I I I.  So I tried a whole lot messing with my driver doing probably (stupid) things that I shouldn't do.   Can I just download newer driver hardware at NVIDIA and install them? If not, is there any sort of update I can perform?

    google "Nvidia drivers" click the first link you see that leads to a nvidia site.... the rest should be easy.
