Just renewed my sub to LotRO for three months, my old 3 month sub ended yesterday. Even though the email verification I received stated I would have immediate access to the game, I don't. Even my account still says that it is inactive. Submitted a ticket to support, and it states that it could be 1-2 weeks before a response. Ugh. Even EA responds quicker than that. Anyway, just needed to rant. I know it will eventually get fixed, but just a bit upset at having to wait 1-2 weeks.

Ahh, just a few hours later and it is fixed. Way to go Turbine...I was expecting it to take a bit longer. It's especially nice to know that they have peeps workin' on the weekend. Color me impressed.
