FYI about customer/technical support

I downloaded the game a few days ago and played for a bit. Was kinda a cool game, and was having fun. It's slower paced than most games, but I don't mind that as long as it is fun. As well, I am looking for some sort of turn-based based game to scratch that Civilization itch I get every few months...lol... so I thought I would try this game out.

However, after only a few hours of playing, I get banned from the game. I was confused, so searched forums and support FAQ, trying to find a solution. I couldn't find one, so I created a ticket. Here it is, word for word (I know it's long, but I have a point here, believe it or not):

(2009-10-27 22:06:04) Phlatt : Greetings. Created account today. Have been playing all day on Solar. Had a few conxn issues, but nothing too bad, could just log back in a few seconds later. Playing my first toon, the Eniripsa class, I think level 5 now.

Then I get a message about "Connection Impossible:4 accounts are already using this etc... from the same IP, etc... You may contact Customer Support"... I searched through forums and support site, without much help. Did find this page, but it doesnt really tell me anything, as far as fixing the problem:

I guess that's about it... I can't login now. Not sure why - only have one toon, on one server, that I have only played a few hours... all I know is I can't login and have no idea how to fix it. I don't have four accounts, or four of anything... I just started the game today.

So far the game has been fun, and would like to play more, and would certainly consider subscribing in the future.

My apologies if this is not the correct form to fill in for this problem. I have clicked on many pages on the support site, but cant' find the form for this problem, just this ban form. Of course, maybe I have been banned, I dont know. I find the whole thing very confusing lol. Like I said, the only thing I can find was the above link.

I LOL'd. Now I am even more confused. What the hell is SMS language? Where are all these capital letters I am using? I did insert line breaks, between relevant paragraphs, like normal average IQ people do. Concise??? I provided a specific link to the specific problem I was having, which was a link on their support site that didn't tell me how to fix the problem in the first place.

Anyway, this just cracked me up. After hours of searching their forums and technical support, and waiting 3 days, I still can't get into a game that I have been banned from after a few hours of play. I hope you guys have fun in this game - I was too, but this kind of tech support I can do without.

Add/Remove Programs, here I come!
