Is WoW account creation broken for the rest of you too?

I was able to donwload the installer and have installed the game, but for the last two hours I have been unable to create my account on the WoW website.  The website hangs on the last step of the creation.  Are the rest of you having the same problem?

The Open Beta or the Stress Test? For the Stress Test, you need a Key from File Planet. If it is the Open Beta, I don't think they have opened up the account creation yet. But I could be wrong, the WoW community site won't even load all the way.
