I was thinking that maybe this game be a good one.

Going to the site  i read... to get in the beta all you have to do is Buy the game..

They give you link to Direct2Drive..  So i brought the game.

Downloaded the game from the downloader  from Direct2Drive and patched it..

The game says Beta

PROBLEM

How do you get in the beta..

The Site doesn't take the Key.. Its not a beta Key...

LOL

I know its not a beta Key.....  But you said if you buy the prelaunch  game you get in the beta automatic..

WRONG...

I got an account  on their website then  read you have to have a beta forum account got that too..

still no way to get in the game..

No one tells me what to do ...   No E-mail from them..

Direct2drive gives what i expect from a online seller same BS.

I am out of the money i payed 39 dollars and no game..

Maybe Blizzard 10 dollar  pet shop would be better

Have you went to their site and looked through the forum to see if anyone else has this problem?  Have you posted a thread in their "technical issues" forum (if they have one)?  These are just some things I do automatically when I seem to be having issues with a game.

Their billing and registration sever is down for upgrade.  If you post in the tech section of the forums a gm will contact you and help you get signed up.

    yeppers  in the game

Guess it take the GM's there a while to get all the in's and out's

However if you not willing to put up with some crashes and werid stuff

wait till they release it... lol

They still making it as you play it..

i think they got a good one there.. hope they get it working great..

beta means its being worked on as you playing it that for sure...

still i don't see how they gonna get it in shape by their launch date.

Ya, their billing system and beta access has been a bit of a nightmare, but I think it sounds like they are getting the kinks worked out.  I've noticed that Customer Service is has been pretty proactive in getting things squared away when other's have posted.  I for one haven't had any problems, but I've read on more than one occation of people having trouble getting up and running.
