im seeing all this new stuff about Aoc , and i used to play back on release. So im super excited that its Changed some.
But im having the Damndest problem. i cant see to reactivate my subscription i cant find anything on the forums on why they wont take any of my Credit cards and i cant get ahold of an Customer support. My Cards check out so that not the problem. so i thought maybe someone here could help me.

Like you open up your account again register.ageofconan.com/account and it won't take your C Card?
yeah i Redownloaded it went to Reactivate and it said my account is now Frozen and i tried to pay for 1 month and it said my CC Failed so i went out and bought a pre paid american express and still Fails on me. im Not sure what to do lol. Funcom dosnt want my money.

how long since you first updated the C Card to the second attempt? Sometimes takes a little while to go through. Have you emailed them yet?
they surely do, probably you are missing a step in the procedure. maybe you are entering cc info correctly but still trying to use old cards info. if memory serves me right you had to update that also. if all fails you can contact their support and have them walk you though it step by step i guess.

Check to see if your bank has a block on International Charges. I signed up in Nov 2008 and paid a couple months without problems on autorenew monthly. Then I paid with a couple of AoC GameCards that I paid cheap for from Circuit City before they closed out. I was charged monthly renewal for two months and my service was discontinued after a small international charge was added after the second payment. This was July 2009. I was Beta-testing Aion and doing a little WoW with a friend of mine at the time and I just took it as a break. I renewed last month with the last of my game cards that I was saving after I chose not to continue with Aion. See if the International charge is an issue for your account. You may have to pre-pay to get around an auto-renew International charge. Good Luck, and I hope I do not run into the same issue in December. I may just go for the 12-month with all the perks added in there for renewal.
