Has anyone noticed the little Alganon Ad?

For a game that was handcrafted... why is it their "Night Elf" look a like race rides a giant tiger mount that runs and jumps just like the ones from WoW? I am going to assume coincidence?

You know, because the very first thing I always think of when I think of elves is large war cats...
