Is There a Way for EU Players to become VIP??

Hi.. i just started playing DDO and i was really amazed..and i want to become vip. i noticed though that there isnt any option for other continents for credit card bill at the account managment...so is there some way or im stucked as F2P player? Is there any news about EU F2P release like in the US?

 Mate, I'm in Spain and I pay with my normal Spanish debit card.... and I have no problems. Though I did get Turbine points first, and with that CC being on file I believe you should be able to go VIP. If that doesn't work - look into game cards -

i.e. http://www.paybycash.com/ddo/codelist.php

Though I don't know if they still accept them and what not, ask on the official DDO forums would be my best bet. 

As far as codemasters is concerned, I wouldn't bet on them taking DDO F2P.  Codemasters is a horrible horrible company, terrible support, terrible service, and some ridiculous pricing strategies i.e. 20 GBP = 30 EURO? um.... since when? Not to mention slow servers, and well... the list goes on. But they somehow manage to get good IP and then charge the crapioca out of it. Anywho, I avoid them like the plague. 

In any case, good luck - and ask some other European Players, there's loads of them on the Orien server.

I was at VIP account page.  in the place were i had to chose a country for billing address there was only U.S ,Canada,Mexico.... i dont think i can pass through that... and the only payment methods were by visa,mastercard,discover,american express...no debit/prepayd cards or even paypal

From what I have gathered on the US forums, most Europeans have no problems paying for Turbine Points in the DDO store and use them in game. I have done this myself.

But I have heard some mention, that they could use the store, but could 'not' subscribe and become VIP. I don't know why this is, but Turbine would be wise to get it fixed A.S.A.P.

One thing I believe I heard one say, was to contact Turbine Customer Service or Billing and they can manually allow your card to be used in the subscription system.

Anyways, the best thing to do is probably to contact Turbine or just use the DDO store instead of subscribing.

Ah Thats bad and good news i dont like the idea of the store generaly...thats why i prefer ViP I will contact them when i am a bit more experienced with the game as Free to play

I have a problem with it too. I can choose Greece as my billing address but the system won't accept my Visa card. Strangely though it had charged it with 1 euro, 2 times. Two times makes sense cause i really tried 2 times to enter it, but how it makes any sense to not accept a CC that you were able to charge? I made a ticket and still waiting for an answer.

i am from Greece too..but i cant see any option for greece.. :S can you maybe post a link? maybe i was in the wrong CC registration place....

hmm I had the same problem but I found a way to get VIP with european credit card. But that was just before the Unlimited release so dont know how to do it now. Best to send a mail to Turbine.

ok i found a way!!!! I had to go to my account and set my info. then instead of going in to default VIP setting up i did press the top button that say "Payment Method" From there i could set up my card and my Country without the previous restrictions.. after that i  chose the "Unlimited Access" option as i did all this time and there was a little box to check that says use the info from your account (or something like that) and voila...the sub was rdy!!
