Dragon Age. I have a slight preference for science-fiction over fantasy, but it's just such a phenomenal game, and I think it does more credit to its genre than the Mass Effect franchise does.
That said, I do think Mass Effect 2 had the most intensely emotional moments.
Favorites: EQ, EVE | Playing: None. Mostly VR and strategy | Anticipating: CU, Pantheon
My favorite Bioware RPG has to be Baldur's Gate since it was the first RPG I've ever played by Bioware... I was alaways a big fan of rpg's while growing up,, old classic's such as Fantasy Star series, Final Fantasy series, Shining Force series, etc... Baldur's gate was the first RPG that literally changed my perspective on how RPG's should be made.. It was that damn good! Shortly after beating Baldur's gate, I got introduced into UO, followed by Everquest... But Baldur's gate really is the game that got me interested in trying out MMORPG's, because back then I was a kid and paying a monthly subscription to play a game didn't feel or seem right to me at that time... Baldur's gate was unlike any other rpg I've ever played, and Ultima Online's world reminded me of D&D and forgotten Realms,,,, same with the original Everquest.. I wanted more than what BG offered, and UO combined with EQ did indeed offer much much more and I owe it all to the original Baldur's Gate..

...but that was Black Isle and not Bioware? Quality took a drop once Black Isle was out of the picture.
Yep Planescape Torment was solely made by Black Isle (just like Fallouts and Icewind Dale). Baldur's Gate 1&2 was Bioware / BlackIsle cooperation. That was the best times. Then, since they parted with Interplay, and released that - great online RPG maker & horrible single player RPG (neverwinter nights) with Atari, things went downhill to the very bottom called Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2.

I haven't really liked any Bioware rpg's since Neverwinter Nights 1. They changed it to the annoying dialogue trees while staring at a characters face and it went downhill from there for me. I much prefer my story told through cutscenes and voiceover as I walk around killing crap. Ala Baldur's Gate. Hence why I chose Baldur's Gate 1.
I voted for Jade Empire, just because it had such a low vote count. I was split on the original KotOR and Jade Empire, but seeing how unpopular Jade Empire is in this poll made up my mind.
Mass Effect, I just love a good sci-fi rpg. Now, if only there were a way to bend space-time and make HK-47 and Shale appear as team members in Mass Effect 2. The meatbags and pidgeons would run in fear from Commander Shephard.

REALITY CHECK
I fully agree with this opinion.
A shame that RPGs no longer last 40+ hours out of the box. My favorite has to be KoTOR, followed extremely close by BG
