Yes, it will. Excluding the (duh) requirements, you need the following.
800 mHz processor
256 mB RAM
32 mB Video Memory
If my old compaq can run it (800 mHz, 302mB RAM, 64 mB Video Memory), then your computer can too, most likely.

You will need to go purchase another gig of ram , upgrade that extremely old outdated video card to a geforce 6800 , im sorry that i had to be the one to break the bad news to you

I play WoW offa mah microwave.
My system specs:
Number keypad #'s 0-9
Auto Popcorn sensor (yeah that's right)
Rotating plate (cost the $$$ but man, it rotates like no other)
Push button Fan
Low Medium and High settings like whoa
It plays WoW fine untill I pass out and projectile vomit from too much radiation intake to my face.

My second comp can run this game fine, and it's well below the req's.
it's p2 433mhz, nvidia 5200 128mb, 512ram.
Not my game system by any means, but it still runs the game pretty decently.
Ram is most important in a game, and since this game has very few zones(actual load time zones), it's not hard at all on the cpu.
Dissing mah microwave pimp system makes baby jesus cry.
