I wanted to try this game, so I grabbed a key for the game, went to their web site and downloaded the full client.

Each time I tried to install the client, I ve got writing errors on differents files while installing the game

Sometimes 1 file will have a writing error and at another time, it'ok except that another file will have the same problem.

So I went to theuir forums , register to be able to log in then when I wanted to post about my problem., Ive got this funny message telling me that to be able to post I need to create a character in the game first

What about if I cant even install the game then ???

I downloaded the game from different source and each time same problem, its not a space issue on my hard drive, I ve got 50 Go on the install partition

Not to be the bearer of bad news but it does sound like its ocming from your end. It's very unlikely that different hosting places have the same exact faulty download as I know plenty of people who have currently downloaded the game with minimal problems.

You may want to contact EVE via their email (many mmorpg sites wont even let you post until you are fully registered)

I don't remember their addy but you can find it on their public site. It'll be something like support@eve-ccp.com or something like that

Ive got it sorted out, after reinstall of windows, game sound quite cool but I think Im going to need to do some serious reading about howe to play it since i ve got no manual

in game help channel is the key and a good corp to join .. like eve-university .. a corp exactly for that purpose.

Hey DrFeelGood, I started game two days ago and so far it's pretty smooth. I've been asking questions in the rookie channel and a lot of nice people helped me.

The eve community is one of the friendliest gamer communities i've seen.  Most people are willing to help someone who's new to the game.

Very very true. The Eve community is superb.

Remember that nobody "owes" you an answer to your question though. There's nothing worse that somebody getting p**sed off 'cause nobody answered their question in less than a minute.

Be patient and you'll always get some sort of answer to your question.
