Can Anyone name that game?

 There was a game, LOOOONNG time ago, made by microsoft. It was a space combat game and the basic idea of it was you had servers like an FPS and two sides. People would join in, and each side would have a command station where a player could send orders around the map, watch enemies that had been flagged, and purchase upgrades for the ships that the other players would fly. They would go around mining and such for resources to upgrade, and then they would eventually go after each others command center. Some of the ships were even 2manned where one could fly and the other mounted a gun turret. I can't for the life of me remember what the name of the game was though. It was however one of the more satisfying space games I've played (I wish Eve was even remotely like it ;;), and I kinda want to look it up again.
