 Well people, I'd like to ask some questions about blocking people.

 After the end of OB, when people start to pay for playing, will players from other countryes be able to pay and play???

    Yes, ppl from other countries will be able to play, but, why after OB, in the OB ppl from other countries will play too, that's what I know.. Correct me if I'm wrong someone

     Well, I'm from brazil and I can login in OB, but I've heard that in p2p ppl from other countries could not play, but, just rumors =D

    The way I understand it you have to have a credit card with a US billing address to be able to play on the US servers. But your best bet is to go read through the Blizzard WoW forums and find the posts about this. Not sure if there is a faq posted about this.
