What´s up with the screensshot function?

I started playing WoW yesterday and along the way I took some screens... today when I wanted to view them I noticed that they were in a stupid .tga format.... ok so I look up a program for viewing and converting images that are in this format.. I found Picpercs, installed it and start viewing... then I find that the freakin´ pics are mirrored and upsidedown!!! What´s up with that! Is this a Blizzard joke or what?!? :-)
Anyone noticed this and anyone know if you might have to do some screenshot settings?!?

The upside down and mirror thing must be from your program.
They open with quicktime, i think that is the quicktime format.
I think they use .tga because its lossless.
I recommend irfanview to convert them to .jpg (can convert whole folders).
