Now that blizzard has finally proclaimed the release date of WOW, they have also provided the pricing structure that they have decided to use.
"After the initial free one-month subscription ends, players of World of Warcraft will be able to continue playing under one of three different subscription plans. The month-to-month subscription plan costs $14.99 per month, the three-month plan costs $13.99 per month, and the six-month plan costs $12.99 per month. World of Warcraft subscription fees can be paid by major credit card, PayPal, and pre-paid game cards, which will be available in stores where World of Warcraft is sold. World of Warcraft has received a Teen rating from the ESRB"
That is the paragraph relavent to the pricing structure provided from the link below:

no surprise there, kinda figured they would go along with swg and the others at 14.99. Give it another year, and new mmorpgs will be charging $20 a month, heh almost like buying a game every 2months.
ive bought about 50 single player games, comp. and xbox, in the past couple years.
not one has lasted me a month. well maybe morrowind.

Eh?
No biggie there, however I do expect that for $14.99 the game deliver MUCH more than DAoC ($12.95)...
If not (CoH didn't), gotta ask yourself why do these prices need to be raised every few years...
