So you're looking for F2P MMO, Heres the only f2p MMOs I enjoyed even a bit. (nah, I didn't enjoy the WoW copies).
Sure there are millions of others, if you want to post one too feel free... I was bored and just searching the forums here so I decided to make thread.
I havent played those WoW Copies nor Perfect World very much, but I added them anyways. so correct me if I'm wrong with something. And also remember that those are my options; Sure you can think the people in TCoS for example is full of noobs if you want to.

+class customization, if you're old dungeons&dragons player you can level manually but if you are new with the system you can just level automatically & follow your path
+you can just login and complete one dungeon, or then login and complete 100dungeons. Choice is yours.
+fun combat, Dungeons & Dragons system
+much players and mature players
+no "grinding"
+puzzles in dungeons
+-you get few points by playing so you can use the cash shop without cash
-lack of crafting
-lags sometimes
-repeating dungeons is boring at times

+/-99% PvP, guards(players) can put you in the jail if you were bad and killed people in the city so they saw it
-crafting/mining is boring but you can AFK when doing it

+somewhat beautiful
+PvP (from what I have heard)
+you can fly with wings
-grind, grind, grind and some more grind
