I've been hearin...well, reading...so much good stuff about Darkfall...the way the economy is and such...I am really considering givin it a try......just one question...

Is there any RP at all?...Any RP community or anything?

I'm a big RPer and I was just curious...

Yew Militia is the big one I know of for NA, but I'm sure there are others out there if you poke around and ask in-game.  You could always try to make one if you wished.

But RP is different in DF from most other MMOs (atleast for me). Here it is for real! You dont pretend there is danger....there is danger. And so on. If you try you will notice for yourself : )

Rp's real strength is when u dont pretend to rp like happens in wow where there is no actual danger but when there is danger.Thats all about rp : Play it in an enviroment where actually things can happen good or bad and df is that case i think.

They are rare, and the main reason is the chat UI. I promise you the worst UI you have ever seen, but I know AV will fix that part later on. AV fixes things faster than in any mmorpg I've played. The game is awsome if you are tired of the wow clones.

Gotta agree here, worst chat display, but awsome game none the less, if u are are on fence, and tired of wow (and clones) give DF a shot, the feel of danger and excitment is present and to me it is a breath of fresh air among all the cookie cutter mmo's atm
