Not even ready for CBT

slipfeedslipfeed Member UncommonPosts: 88

This game is now in open beta... and isn't even completed to the point where a closed beta is warranted.

An entire class (paladin) is missing from the game.  Also skill trees where accidentally swapped between two of the classes, making those two classes impossible to test.

A simple sound looping issue persists through two CBT phases into OBT, where the background BGM gets stuck in a loop whenever an interface window is open.

The team has been aware of all these issues since first CBT.

This game has all the trademarks of a great Korean game that is being ported to the U.S. market with extreme haste in order to make a fast buck on cash shop sales before it simply dies.

Don't bother.

Sanity is a delusion. The only truth is madness.

Sounds like Aion might an option for folks thinking about this game.

At least the good news is they haven't even started the cash shop in game yet, like a lot of OBT's do for a quick buck.

Also, unlike a few other games they do seem to try keeping on top of the gold sales spammers.

I agree though that it should stil lbe in CBT, and they should add the option of M/F for each class... right now (including disabled Paladin) It's 2 male classes and 4 female.

You forgot to add in where most intel chipsets won't even let you start the game.

Also left out all the quest bugs and normal bugs that 90% of the population used to get to high levels asap with no discouragement, no reset, etc., etc., and a "We'll see" type response to a reset..

    The hell?

Anyways, it's a giant mess for lots of reasons..
