 Anyone know of one or can post a screenshot of the best fps and overall decent graphics settings for this game?

That would be dependant on your hardware.

BUT, turn off environment shadows for a huge boost. Everything max I get 20fps with environment shadows, everything max w/o environment shadows I get 150fps. They look nice, but the best I've seen someone claim is 60fps with them on and 200+ with them off.

I max everything except post processing. Its perfect.

I simply cannot bear to play without Shadows, specially in a game where the graphics are not extraordinary. If you turn off Post processing, and choose wisely some settings, you can play with around 45 FPS without a great loss in visuals. That's what I've been doing, so far.

Turned off Post Proccessing..........

With shadows on, I saw a peak of 100fps in town! I was just running around seeing if I could lower it and it didn't drop fps below 60.
