    Sure. Probably more than I had hoped, because I didn't listen to the stupid hype and actually waited to form my own opinions of the game.

    I'm sure alot of ppl. will say no, because they listened to the hype, and even worse, created their own hype.

    And hence you proved your intelligence. image You're right, a lot of people are going to be upset about things they read in the Rumor Room. I was even pondering the idea of skipping OB and waiting for retail. Then I would get the full effect of what the game will be like. But, I've covered myself in the game and cannot wait for OB. Damn.

    Yeh, I have the same trouble. I was having a talk with my brother last night, and he was telling me how he was going to create a warrior with a gun. I told him he'd have to pay 10s for the gun skill, and by the time he got up enough money for the skill, he'd be at a quarter decent level... and that his gun skill would start at 0, and that he'd have to fight mobs that were a challenge for him in order to have his gun skill go up. And that it'd suck.

    I pulled that from EQ. I really have no clue how the skills system works, or if there even -is- a skill system. Is there? Do you get better with weapons as time goes on, or is it more of a "You know how to use the weapon. Hurray." sort of system?

    actually I quite like it. Probably more than I have any other mmporg. I didn't listen to the rumors since I kept thinkin the game would be delayed longer than it was. Its a pity though.

     

    Right when I'm thinkin of stopping playing mmporgs completely WOW comes out. Typical image
