subclass vs city

in Everquest II
I was just curious if anyone knew what subclasses are limited by city. I know assassin can only be in freeport and rangers only in Quenos but is there a full list of subclasses and what city each can be in?
I found this wuote of moorgard on eq2 vault.
Steve "Moorgard" Danuser: The neutral subclasses which will be trained in both cities are: guardian, berserker, warden, fury, wizard, warlock, troubadour, and dirge. The rest are either good or evil, and thus will be divided between the two cities.
