Downloaded WArhammer Online but can't get past 99%

I downloaded the client from the Warhammer online site but i can't get past 99% (times is on 0 hours 0 min and 0 sec). When  I close the download and starting it again it checks the data stucks at 98% whole the timer is empty and I only upload and after trying it again it got stuck at 90%..... What can be the problem?

When running the installer, try to right click and select Run As Administrator.

right click to run has administrator ,make sure you antivirus isnt preventing,and if you use w7 64 bit you might have to try it in compatible mode
