Why not 6 Billion while we are at it?
So the new board consists of a couple of new faces; Dana Stanton and David Bielenberg.
Quote from David Bielenberg's Twitter: "Striking when the unemployment rate is >10% is also very smart. LOL. Espescially in an industry with razor thin profit margins."
Looks like the same old story

Actually, those appear to be just company officers. Only 1 director is listed, and therefore GW is still the only member of the board, if I read it right.
So what other recourse do you suggest? Bankruptcy? The number of shares are irrelevant, it's the amount of dough it brings in that counts.
If you have investors willing to spit more money in and possibly provide us with a new game to try out, why bash them?
Nice, investors in SGW (Scammers Grab Wonga) were sold shares in Garvick I think? Or was it Cheyenne Mountain Games? Or both? Can't remember now, but now he's pitching SGR (Scammers Grab Readies) he's selling shares in CME also. Why not start a new game also, call it SGM (Scammers Grab Mula) and sell shares through Firesky? None of these games are ever gonna reach the likes of you and me due to the shady practices going on and MGM really need to step in if they want to salvage what's left of their name.
"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience"

CME/Firesky didn't receive enough money from the newest investors to bail them out. While the employees are leveling up on the FPS, the amount of time, money and experience it will take to finish off SGW will bankrupt them anyway.
Unfortunately, if CME/Firesky manages to get a game out and onto MMOGULS, it will most likely keep Gary Whiting out of jail, as he did deliver a Stargate game. The employees might get current on pay and in the end, the investors are left with nothing.
FYI: CME/Firesky started working on SGR in April/May when they gave the remaining employees a choice to either work on SGW or SGR-- and most were on SGR anyway. It was only August where they put everyone onto SGR officially. Just mentioning when you're judging the game's engineering, art, quality, fun, etc. because an extra 3-4 months is huge.
I don't know when Mr. Bielenberg posted his twitter, but in guessing it was for the pending grocery store food strike and had nothing to do with CME/Firesky or the gaming industry. And I have to agree with his statement! Those grocery store employees have their health insurance paid for 100%. With a few years under your belt, you could be making a decent wage (especially for Arizona) and not paying out $500 a month to cover your family. Not bad

Technically, MMOGULS wouldn't be selling this game or any game. What they would be doing is getting the game as a part of their membership, if it happens.
I would look to see if Itzyourmall is going to be selling it--this is how the MMOGULS literature said that SGW was going to be sold, and this allows GW to give it away to MMOGULS members, as he owns all three entities.
