Having a hard time deciding what to buy or re-sub to...
I've played just about everything out there on the market in the past and I just can't make up my mind.
I've thought about giving Darkfall another shot, I heard there was big improvements made on that game (yes I do enjoy the style of FFA kill/loot drop)
I've also possibly thought of many other things, e.g. resubbing to WoW (possibly safe choice), maybe giving EQ2 another shot? ... Eve? LOTRO? Blah I dunno!

Id like to help you out but I have no idea what your looking for or like in an MMO.
Waiting for:EQ-Next, ArcheAge (not so much anymore)
Now Playing: N/A
Worst MMO: FFXIV
Favorite MMO: FFXI
I'm not sure at the moment myself.
I absolutely love PvE, PvP, hardcore, not so hardcore, I've played it all, and I've actually enjoyed most games, would like to find one to settle with for a while.
I suggest you wait it out for a bit longer for the truly next-gen MMO debuting this year.

^ games I'm waiting for. might suit your taste or might not but it's better than all the generic answers your going to get (aion, wow, aoc, lotro) which are all somewhat similar and generic but Aion and Wow is your best out of those 4.
I say give DarkFall a try if you're wiling to put a few bucks into it. There has been considerable changes compared to Launch and many players who hated it at launch went back and enjoyed it. I know one of the MMORPG Forum Moderator also has a DarkFall blog (ThatMMOGirl). Just look up some infos and if you like it, join!
I would also recommend Darkfall. I havn't enjoyed a mmo this much since I started playing EVE years ago. It's been said before and I'll say it again, this game is a gem.
