ok maybe i get a little crazy but even tho u start out as captain of a ship in eve is not the point.Im trying to show u that sandbox mmo"s last longer than thempark ones . I already know what Star Trek the new Starwars are all about and trust me its not a real mmo experiance they hold your hand and yes u will win. I understand profit however IMO sandbox has a longer lifespan then themparks its a fact the few sandbox mmo's that are out there are still growing u cant say that for thempark mmo's. I played the old swg before it became a thempark mmo and look at it now its dyeing WAr (lossing subs) Aion(losing subs) Aoc(hurt bad but the devs really are trying) themparks get boring fast sandbox mmo Darkfall(growing) Eve(growing) Mortal online(looks promising)

agreed...i dont think people really understand how theme park tor is gonna be..eve is a great game just to complicated for me to wanna learn(played for 3 months though).i do like darkfall alot.and plan to resub someday when it gets"there"i am gonna beta star trek today but dont expect much because cryptic really isnt capable of making a good mmo.they had a half decent one with CoH.then copied it CO(which was horrible)and from what im reading star trek isnt that good either.all in all i wish eve and darkfall had the funding some of these big wigs have..
