    Yes it is.  When I lived in VA I talked to the Manager of the store and he explained what happens is, there's a single EB Games store designated as a "hub" for several of the stores surrounding it.  They have Fedex/UPS Deliver to the "hub" store and the other various EB Games stores have "runners" who go pick up the orders from the "hub" and bring them to their shop.

    got my copy from gamestop a little bit ago, but I can tell you from firsthand experience that no one is playing. You can apparently set up your account...but that doesn't mean anyone can play. Chalk it up to typical forum BS'ers
