Problem while loading the game

 Hello everyone,how you doing?

Well,i am planning to head back on DDO after sometime i haven't played,so i downloaded the game and everything,but when i enter the actual game after creating my character,The game is minimize itself automatically and open some error message says DNDSETUP has encountered a problem and will shut down. And than it asks me if Send error reports or Not.

I've talked with my friend,who's started playing to,and he do not have this problem.

What should i do?

I've had a similar problem with logging onto the game. It gets to attempt 20 to search for login server and my computer crashes.
