HELP how to install mo

i dont understand i download where it says and name of download is updater i see noway of instaling then when i hit the file mo launcher it gives weird message what to do plz i want to test out also i need to set my desktop to 16 bit to see login text and also is the forum account info different i can go to mo online log in but cant login to forums

Run the updater.exe program first. This is a very amatuerish patcher written by someone with no code knowledge at all, which should be your first warning about the game. If it can't patch easily.........
The launcher.exe should work after running the patcher.exe but no guarantees. BTW you really need to close the original updater window while the patcher program is running, but not to worry, windows will give you an error message when the patcher terminates the updater program. Just more A+ coding at work.
Oh forgot to add, allow the program to go thru your firewall, they for some reason decided to use non-standard torrent interrupts and windows will try to block them. Just more professionalism
