Producers Letter Big changes coming
I have to wonder if the Carebears have won, The producers letter doesn't seem to bode well and from talking to Friends at Ncsoft ganking seems to be on the chopping block, "Americans want a social game" is currently being chanted at NCsoft west, and was the reason the so called Vision trailer was released to give Rainbow Bright and Paddington bear hope for the future. So They let you flag yourself a no participant in Rifts, or worse provide PVE servers where all of the victims will run to.....seriously WTF has become of NCsoft...in L II they told the west to suck it, now We are getting ready to build houses and ride giant Squirrels just like Tinkerbell, all because Ncsoft is afraid of what SS is going to do in the next lameass version of FF

This is ironic. You hate carebears, but you want them in the game. Why? You can't kill people who are decent at PvP?

Social? Hm, sounds like its turning into a game I'd play. Beisdes, if I just wanted to get satisfaction in killing other players I'd just play an online FPS like counterstrike, or halo even.
And they should be afraid of FFXIV.

Real life brings repetition and pointlessness too. The only thing real life offers is Great graphics. Its kinda expensive too and way to dependent on the cash shop. Totally pay to win as well. No thank you. Ill stick to my games.
Let them have their servers and why not keep playing on yours if you enjoy the game?

I see them getting a larger population base by adding a PvE server. I would actually think about purchasing the game.

But that defeats the entire design philosophy of PVPVE the whole concept was to allow players to participate in both and to add some actual danger to the world beyond kill x mob run x fed quest, and seriousley look at all the PVE games avalible today why in hell do Carebears have to take over every game? But I guess there really isn't any use in aomplaining, maybe they won't let them Fuck up Blade and Soul...but I doubt it.

Actually they are more afraid of competition coming from the Korean game industry. Its on gamewiz or thisisgame but they wanted to publish Tera Online which got handed to another giant Hangame.

It goes against the whole concept of the game. The west dislike pvp no matter how much they go on boards and claim they do. They will run back to any game that feeds them re-hashed epics and make them feel better for putting in nothing. Aion Vision will bring in more players so if making the game more carebear is what it takes then they will surely do so.

Sure, which I do. The thing is most of my friends arent into fantasy/gaming/rpgs/whatever, therefore I get my fix in that area through MMO's as do most people. These are supposed to be social games,thats why there is chatting and grouping. FPS games arent supposed to be social, thats why they lack all of these features.

That's baseless assumptions. WoW hasn't provided numbers so we can't estimate how much players they sustained. Aion Vision will carry away a huge number of players, remember this is what they were working on since before the release of Aion here.

Well, the nerdragers (PvPer's) are trying to make every game have PvP. Just look at the LotRO boards. I'm just saying, why not cater to a more diverse crowd. It will keep the game running longer with more subscribers so you can take your nerdrage out on the people who accidentally role on a PvP server.

grouping = team deathmatch
chat =teamspeak/ventrilo or talk which is kinda like chat

ncsoft!just add this and your game will be fine
make it 64 bit(to be playable at max computer setting)
now we re locked lower then wow and its not because of the game but because
your server or the way game is made cant handle massive amount of player
ncsoft you got the same problem as ALL
the other mmo out there so go 64 bit.
second issue!
add microsoft donnybrook to aion so that when player are insane amount in rift fight, they wont lag!
add dx11 support in the futur,
and last but not least!
add a system similar to war!
like a grief system but automatic not appliable by player
so say you ve been in rift 5 minute nobody faught with you in those 5 min
you get flagged passive
if a passive player get attacked ,ganker get a debuff on everything by 50% for 5 minute.that will = odds
me i like the game
but i hate the fact i cant set my graphic higher then half since we get insane lag because of the game itself
i hate the insane grind for crafter proper speed would be the speed they use when they do double xp week-end
