Using gamepads with TERA

Is it possible? I really dislike WASD keyboard controls, and would so prefer a gamepad if possible.

Even if it means mapping keys to the controller, and not 'true' gamepad support. Anyway, those of you playing, or will play closed beta, could anyone tell me if it's possible? 

I'm used to playing Phantasy Star Universe, which is going to close its PC servers in 2 months... very sad. But that's why I ask.

I think it would be hard to use a controller, my play station pad does not have enough buttons - saying that it might be ok lower levels when you dont have many spells.

But with some practice over time you will get use to wasd and will never think to use a pad again.

Yeah, I think number of buttons would be an issue. Though PSU has a way to quickly select what your 'action' buttons would do (it's a button that brings up a palette you can quickly change during battle).

But even if I had to use keyboard for actions but could move/control camera with gamepad that would be excellent.

Fortunately I don't have small hands Thanks for the input in any case!

I am sure if you use Joy2Key or Xpadder, you can use a controller and have it customized however you like it. The only MMO I never had one of those work was Allods.
